speech is an act to reconcile differences between salience landscapes
most of the interpersonal communication happens in a place without speech
human mind fills the silence with relevant things in its salience landscape
although the process is similar between all intelligent species (relevance realization), salience landscape is vastly different
speaking as an act is for reconciling the differences between our salience landscapes (our maps)
but this reconciliation is almost impossible the subject who speaks is barred by the language itself
